Magsaysay Savings Program
The Magsaysay Savings Program (MSP) encourages seafarers to save at least 10% of their income for their long term goals. It is hoped that during their shipboard employment they will be able to save for:
C – ollege educational plans for their kids;A personal investment or business venture
R – etirement or recreation
E – quity for their own house
