Family Lifestyles - Crew and Family Programs

During the MAGSAYSAY FAMILY WEEK held last December 10, 2009 an On-the-Spot Writing Contest for family members of the Magsaysay crew was held by the Homer Foundation.  With a central theme of “Family beyond Limits”, the contestants expressed their innermost thoughts, feelings and aspirations of what a seafarer’s family life is before the eyes of the 21st century youth.  We congratulate the winners:  Christopher Pecajas, First Place; Jennifer Francia Villanueva, Second Place and Richard Aquino, Third Place.

For our section, Family Lifestyles, we honor the works of these youths as we present to you their winning entries.
