- Retirement age of 50

- ID, passport or Seaman’s Book
- Medical certificate (to claim for disabled member)
- Provident fund passbook
- Application for payment of retirement
- Personal letter of request, stating reason for claiming benefit, addressed to the President of AMOSUP-PTGWO-ITF
- Endorsement letter from the agency
